Delivery Information and Charges

Please see details below regarding delivery information:

We do not offer deliveries on a Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Once you've placed your order, it will be dispatched within two working days. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Some orders may require the delivery to be sent in separate parcels so please allow extra time for a second delivery.  

Please note:

When ordering during kit launch, this will take a little longer than usual to process.

As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail and it will be sent as a next day delivery.

What happens if my delivery has not arrived?

If your parcel has not arrived within the timescale indicted by your choice of delivery then please contact the delivery provider which is detailed in your dispatch confirmation.

Undelivered items: We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us.

We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date the order was taken by us.

Dispatching of orders: Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible for a number of reasons.

Pre-orders: Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website, if you require other items before the pre-order date, you will need to place a separate order. Otherwise all items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is available. Full payment for pre-ordered products is taken at the time the order is placed.

Personalisation: Products ordered requiring personalisation of any nature will take longer to process than other products. Please therefore leave up to five working days for products to be personalised and shipped.

Customs & Import Duties: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay incurred in the delivery time due to customs withholding your shipment for whatever reason. 

Please note: If you place an order and then subsequently refuse delivery as you will not pay the relevant customs and duty tax for your nation's import duties or any other levied charge, Swindon Town Football Club will not refund your goods or shipping charges.
